What is a House & Land Package?

Depending on who you talk to, “House & Land Package” will mean something different.
Our packages are based on Land we have sourced and made available to our clients.  We endeavour to source the best home sites available in various locations.  We then analyse these home sites and using all those great design principles we are known for, we select one of our most suitable designs to make the ideal “Package”.

Doing this makes it simple for people to see the full cost of the house and the land, and a decision can be very simple as all the thinking is already done.  All you need to do is choose your colours, and we can start building the home especially for you. Show me any current House & Land Packages.

Want to move in Sooner?

Occasionally, we will start building on one of our home sites so people can buy a home already under construction.  This way, people who are in a hurry, can select one of these homes and not even have to wait the 5 short months of our promised build time.  And with these homes, you don’t even have to select your colours, these are already predetermined by our professional colour consultant.
