At Grady Homes, we’re proud of our designs.  After all, they’ve evolved over time from feedback from our clients, and from trends we’ve observed from down south and over seas.  And because it’s Grady Homes, you just know that building for over 50 years in the Townsville area has taught us a few things about homes that can make the best of our sun, our north easterly breezes – and roof lines that can cope with the deluge of rain we get in the wet season.
