The following are Grady Select extras that are included over and above the Grady First inclusions.

• Additional PC Allowances to incorporate your individual fixture and fitting selections from various suppliers;
• A meeting with the Electrician to customise your electrical layout. The electrician will work with you to allow you to decide where you would like to have lights, switches, power points, data points, phone points and so on;
• A meeting with interior specialist Anne Sanker from The Coloured House who will assist and facilitate the following from product lines and businesses of your choice:
  • Selecting paint colours
  • Selecting roof colours
  • Selecting window and garage door colours
  • Selecting doors types and door locks
  • Selecting kitchen colours
  • Selecting floor coverings
  • Selecting tiles
  • Selecting plumbing items; tap ware and the like
  • Selecting kitchen appliances
  • Selecting light fittings
  • A follow up meeting with Anne Sanker and the Client Coordinator to review suppliers quotes for items selected and finalise all selections;
• An on site meeting with the Tiler for confirmation of tiles and layout prior to laying the tiles;
• An on site meeting with the Painter for confirmation of colours prior to the internal and external painting of their home;
• A meeting with the Driveway Expert to confirm preferred driveway layout and/or extra paths prior to pouring.
